Biography: I started windsurfing when I was very young, and my dad rigged up a second boom on his sail, low enough for me to reach. I would stand on the board between his legs and hang on to the lower boom as he sailed. When I began sailing on my own, it was on my dad’s old wave board, with a second wave fin glassed in the center as a center board. Then started wave sailing at a beach near my house with some small waves. I was frustrated at first, but looking back, it was definately worth it. I really enjoy sailing on a 3.8 wave day, whether near my home or in Hawaii. I competed in my first wave event, the Florida Wave Challenge, and won the juniors division. I also took first of the juniors in the last two slalom races I have competed in, once taking 3rd overall, and another time taking 4th overall.
My Favorite spots are Kihei and Fort De Soto Park.
Favorite moves: Upwind 360, Duck Jibe, Rail Grab Jump, Clew First Jump, Bottom Turn, and Aerial Duck Jibe.
Favorite board: My 80 liter RRD Freestyle Wave and my custom wave board.
Favorite fin: 2K

Goals: When I grow up, I want to be a Greek professor. Currently I have a working knowledge of Biblical Greek and Biblical Hebrew. I wanted to learn the languages so that I could read the Bible in the languages it was originally written in, and I want to teach others so that they can do the same.
