I grew up in Wyoming, a landlocked state between the two coasts of our country. One might say that Wyoming is not the ideal destination for a windsurfer, but this is where I first learned and became completely intoxicated by the wind and its possibilities. I was fifteen when I took my first lesson on Pathfinder reservoir, which was settled amid sage brush and tumble weeds. My father was the one who introduced me to the idea and was my partner in crime as we learned and improved with each other.
